Our Founders: The Rodighiero Family Jessica Bazan, Don Rodighiero, and Christopher Rodighiero
Jessica, Don, and Christopher love sharing their passion for great food with family and friends. What began as a weekend hobby has naturally grown into a thriving private catering venture, proudly serving authentic Texas-style BBQ to our mountain community.
We feel incredibly fortunate to call the San Bernardino National Forest our backyard. The quiet, tree-lined lifestyle made this the perfect place to raise our family, plant our roots, and build our business. Combining our background in operations and management with a genuine passion for hospitality, we are proud to serve our neighbors through both our catering business and our local general store.

Why We Are Seeking Funding
We are seeking funding to help launch the next chapter of our business. After putting in the hard work to master our craft and ensure full county compliance, we are ready to take the next step: meeting the growing demand for affordable, high-quality dining options in our mountain town.
Your support will fund Phase 2 of our business model—a permanently stationed BBQ food truck that transforms our general store into a complete mountain dining experience. Beyond serving daily hot meals, this expansion will create new job opportunities, ranging from entry-level positions to management roles, right here in our local community.
How Your Support Will Be Used
Food Truck Deposit: Securing our permanently stationed mobile kitchen.
Winter-Ready Smoker: A custom build designed to keep our low-and-slow BBQ running through mountain snow and cold weather.
County Permitting: Covering all necessary permits for the food truck and store transition.
General Store Upgrades: Structural improvements and interior updates to create a welcoming dine-in atmosphere.
Local Job Creation: Hiring and training mountain residents for new entry-level and management roles.

FAQs
When will I receive my reward?
We expect physical rewards to ship in phases. Our hand written cards, stickers, and t-shirts will ship as soon as possible. Currently our keychains are in production. ETA is mid to late October.
Our food credits will be available once our food truck is operating. You'll receive a digital gift card to the email on file.
What's the food truck menu?
Our menu will start by offering the following:
Meats: Brisket, Sausage, Pulled Chicken, White Oak Grilled Chicken, and Pulled Pork
Sides: Charro Beans, Coleslaw, and Mexican Pasta Salad
Dessert: Banana Pudding, Texas Sheet Cake, and Pecan Pie
We plan to offer daily specials to help feed a family of four under $40, vegetarian options, give back to our community by providing heavily discounted meals to first responders and those in need.
How do I choose my t-shirt size?
We will reach out to you to confirm your shipping address and which size you would like. Our tees are available in XS - XXXL.

Is my contribution an investment (equity) into Smokee's Outpost BBQ & Smokehaus?
No. This is strictly a rewards-based crowdfunding campaign. Any contribution to this campaign does not provide any equity or ownership into the company or repayment.
Where will the crowdfunding funds go towards?
